When Bob Dylan sang about answers blowing in the wind, we bet he wasn’t thinking about eco-friendly energy. He should have though, because Firewinders are inspired. These ingenious outdoor lights rely entirely upon the power of wind, and even in a breeze provide a beautiful, glowing display. Of course, you’d think we were coming over a bit funny if we said they visualise the wind’s energy; but they do. A stunning spiral gently dangles throughout the course of the day, but by night the Firewinder glows in a miraculous, spinning light show. In low winds the Firewinder Mini will produce a pale, pulsating light; when gales are beginning to brew, it shines in an intense and twisting blaze. It all depends on the weather, because the light functions in tandem. If the wind really starts to get going, you can see the light from 250 metres away, creating a truly wonderful spectacle and unusual conversation point to boot. The 7 ultra bright LED lights mean that batteries and wires are a thing of the past; you simply attach it to a tree, wall or roof terrace (with the hanging kit provided) and wait.
