Simply place whatever it is you can’t resist in the shocking jar (and no, David Hasselhoff won’t fit) and set the timer on the lid anywhere up to 24 hours.

Once done, you have 2 choices: you can either wait until the timer is up before delving in or you can just raid the shocking candy jar – incurring a nasty shock to your pilfering mits. Of course, if you’re living with a light-fingered snacker, there’s no reason to warn them about your investment, which means you can sit back and listen out for their yelps.

This Shockolate Vault is a brilliant little device, and is most definitely cheaper than going on a trendy diet that requires only the finest fresh salmon every night.
