iPod FM Transmitter
There are a million and one different
ways of playing an iPod through speakers - whether it be an iPod docking unit
or connecting cable - but most of them mean that when you want to flick through
your albums, you have to actually get up and spin the wheel.
Fortunately, some bright (and probably
lazy) spark has invented the iPod FM Transmitter, which plugs into the unit and
turns the output into a FM radio signal – which in turn can be picked up by a
FM receiving device. All you do is tune the device into the frequency showing
on the iPod’s screen, and low and behold, your finest beats will come blasting
through the speakers.
The FM Transmitter is compatible
with any iPod 30 pin dock connector, and even better, needs no batteries as it
is powered directly from the iPod itself.
This wireless device gives you
complete control over your music and also means you can make do with your
existing stereo, rather than having to buy an expensive alternative.
