UK Delivery

Standard Delivery (UK): FREE!
Approximate delivery time is usually 2 - 5 days.

Next Day Delivery (UK): £5.99
All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. Your order will be with you the following working day.

EU Delivery

Europe (3-5 days): £9.99
We are now delivering to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Please select "Europe" from the drop down box in the shopping cart to calculate your order total.

Please note that we can only take card payments registered in these countries regardless of where the order is being sent

Returns

Unwanted Goods
You can return unwanted goods to us within 30 days of the order date. These products need to be in an ‘as new’ condition, complete with all packaging and accessories. Once inspected we will refund the money for those products returned. Postage costs for us sending and you returning the unwanted products are non-refundable.

Faulty Goods
If a product you have ordered has become faulty please email us within 30 days of the order date. Once received and inspected we will offer you an exchange or refund.

For both unwanted and faulty returns you are responsible for returning the items to us. We highly recommend a secure delivery service where a signature is required such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery.

Before sending returns to us, it is essential that you contact us via email.
