What are Graded Products?

On our website you may come across some products that have a 'Graded Product' logo, these products are those that have been passed over to us from one of the major high street retailers because the product is either surplus stock, end of line stock, discontinued, a 16 day customer return, unwanted gift or it having box damage.

Graded products are generally in an ‘as new’ condition but they may have some signs of superficial use, meaning minor cosmetic blemishes but nothing serious. Please also note that some products may not come in their original packaging, if this is the case they will be appropriately packed.

Unless stated otherwise on the product page all products include all accessories and user manuals.
