To access your account with a new password simply go to the My Account page and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. You can then fill in the relevant details and a password will be sent to the email address used to create the account. As we do not store your password on our system a new random password will be created, which of course can be changed once logged in by going to the My Account section.
What are the benefits of having an account with Deviltronics?By creating an account you will be able to view all previous orders made through our website along with the ability to print off invoices. Once an account is created you can go to the My Account page and change the information we have stored for you such as billing address, delivery address and newsletter subscriptions. All the information we store about you in our database is 100% secure.
If you're lucky enough to find a Deviltronics discount code from the World Wide Web (also known as WWW) your more than welcome to use it on the site. Simply enter the code at the checkout pages and the relevant discount will be knocked off automatically. The reduced amount can be seen on the confirmation pages before order completion.
You will only be able to use one discount code per order, some discount codes may only be used once per customer or on a particular item.

Shopping on our website could not be easier, just browse through each category from the menu on the left to view our product range. Viewing product information and additional larger imagesSmall product image thumbnails and product prices are shown in each category from the main menu at the top, clicking on the image or the 'more info' button will forward you to the product information page where you can view more images, a detailed product description with specifications/features and video's. On this page you are able to see images in a larger size, to do this simply click the image you would like to view for 'super zoom', a light box window will open and black out the rest of the website. If there is more than one image for the product you can hover over the light box image so that the next/previous buttons appear, you can then scroll through to view all images. The product information page also lets you view the price and states if the items are in stock or out of stock (red "out of stock" text is shown if we don't currently have any on our shelves).
Adding/removing items from the shopping cartFor products you would like to purchase, either click on the 'Buy Now' or 'Add to Cart' buttons, you will then be automatically directed to the shopping cart page. If you wish to carry on browsing the website for more products you can click on the 'Continue Shopping' button, this will take you back to the last product you viewed. In the shopping cart page you can increase/decrease the quantities of products added by changing the numbers in the related boxes on the right side, you will need to hit the 'update' button for the additional quantity be saved in your cart. To remove an item from the shopping cart simply click the 'remove' link next to the product you wish to delete and again click the 'Update' button to revise your cart.
Registering/Creating an account/Logging inYou can browse our site and add items to your shopping cart as you please without registering. Once you are ready to buy, an account needs to be created to allow us to process your order. The information we need are your billing address, shipping address and contact details. These are not shared with any other third parties (apart from the couriers we use to deliver) and are stored safely on our secure database. To complete this process the creation of a password is also required, this allows you to come back to the site at a later time to track the status of your order and view/print invoices.
If you already have an account with us simply enter your email address and password, your stored details will automatically be loaded making this process far quicker.
This process is carried out on our 128 bit secured server, therefore your details are 100% safe.
Selecting a delivery methodCurrently we offer two delivery methods for the UK, standard delivery (2-3 days) and next day delivery, selections can be made on the shopping cartpage. Our website automatically selects the standard delivery for you, if you need next day delivery this can be selected in the appropriate section. For orders over £50.00 we offer a free standard delivery, this is automatically selected for you if your shopping cart contents amount to more than £50.00.
If an order is placed using the standard delivery (2-3 days) method before 3pm it will be dispatched the same day. If Next Day delivery is selected and an order is placed before 4pm your items will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after these times will be sent out on the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or bank holidays.
Please also double check your billing and delivery addresses on these pages making sure they are correct. Incorrect details can delay your order.
The final checkout procedure is a two page process and is totally secure. As with all the pages in the checkout process the shopping cart contents and the order totals are shown on each page. On the first page of the checkout you are required to enter your card details, please make sure you enter your name as it appears on the credit/debit card. You will also need to select your card type from the drop down box. The second page of the checkout process is a confirmation page, all order details are shown here, please check these and make any adjustments if necessary. Upon hitting the 'Submit Order' button you will be directed to an order success page letting you know your order has been placed*.
If you enter incorrect card details you will be redirected to the first page of the checkout process and requested to re-enter them.
*We have the new security system issued by the major card companies installed on our website. Therefore after clicking the 'Confirm Order' button you may be directed to a security screen that is required by certain card issuers, here you will need to enter a unique password which will be used with your card online. This password will be the same for wherever your shop online and his held by your card issuer themselves. This scheme is being used to reduce fraud.

Every order dispatched is sent out using a delivery method that can be tracked. If your order has not arrived in time please contact us, we can then use the tracking details to trace your package/s.
We do our utmost to be competitive and offer the best prices to you. If you find a considerable difference in the price of a product you have seen elsewhere please contact us and we may be able to reduce it. However there is no guarantee of price matching.
