My wife and I purchased the Hitatchi recorder online 12/08/10 and it was delivered the next day. Unfortunatley the unit was faulty. I contacted Deviltronics and spoke to customer service they apologised and arranged collection from my wifes work on 16/08/10. They also said that on receipt of the faulty item a new one would be dispatched. Well imagine our delight when the doorbell rang early evening on 18/08/10 and a new unit was delivered by the courier. We installed everything and it works perfectly no issues – a great product for the price. As far as customer service is concerned this family run business is the best – they were concerned and very helpful. If you are purchasing anything electrical online visit their website first. A great company with ethics unusual in the world we live in today!
